Nebraska Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) is a statewide organization dedicated to providing long-term, fixed-rate financing to small businesses across Nebraska. NEDCO was officially licensed by the US Small Business Administration in 1982 as a Certified Development Company, and since then, has been Nebraska’s leading provider of SBA 504 loans.

NEDCO has won multiple national awards, including the 2019 Rural Small Business Lender of the Year from the Coleman Report and the 2010 Certified Development Company of the Year from the National Association of Development Companies. Additionally, NEDCO has often led Region 7, which includes Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska, in both dollar volume and number of 504 loans.

Over the last four decades, NEDCO has helped secure SBA financing for thousands of small business owners, which has led to the creation of over tens of thousands of jobs.
