The Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, Nebraska’s largest Certified Development Company, providing business funding through the 504 Loan program is currently the top ranked loan originator for the program in the SBA Region. Through November of 2018, NEDCO has again topped the Region, including Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota and Nebraska, providing low interest, fixed rate financing to businesses throughout the State of Nebraska.
